Introducing the Royal Copenhagen - Frijsenborg oval lided bowl.

This lided bowl stands at approximately 18cm wide and 23cm long and the depth of the bowl is about 6cm (Without the lid on).
What makes this bowl special is the lid that comes with the bowl, not only does it complete the bowls astetic look making it look amazing, but also trap heat inside the bowl keeping your sunday roast vedg or roasties warm for when you go in for your 2nd serving!

The bowl is part of the Frijsenborg collection which was designed by Thorkild Olsen in the late 1920's.
This particular bowl and lid was hand made of porcelain and hand painted in 1951.

The bowls manufacturing number is 910/1702 which determine the design/pattern (910) as Frijsenborg, and 1702 is the shape of the bowl.

The only thing to note on this bowl and lid is that there is a couple of places on the lid where the gold detailing have been worn a little - Please see the pictures.

It's recommended that this item is Hand washed to prevent damage/fading of the hand painted details of this bowl.
