Holmegaard - Capriole - Candle holder - Votive

This is the Capriole votive / tea candle holders made by Holmegaard.

These candle holders were designed by Sidse Werner in the late 1980's and they were only produced over a short timespan of 5 years, from 1987 to 1992.

The swirly design of the glass means that the light from the tea candle is projected out of the candleholder in an amazing geometrical patern.

The candle holders come in 2 sizes.
Small - which is 5cm tall and 10cm wide
Large - which is 6cm tall and 12cm wide
